Getting your money back — two different things
People mix these up, and the old policy only covered one of them. They work differently, so here they both are.
When you buy a component
Every claim on a listing is refundable if it turns out to be untrue. Not “if you change your mind” — if a stated fact is false. It’s a factual question, so you don’t have to argue it. The full policy.
During the beta
There is nothing to cancel.No card, no plan, no month in progress. When a paid plan exists we’ll publish its cancellation terms here first.
Anything you bought stays yours forever. A licence you paid for is not rented. Cancelling the plan never takes a component away from you, and never switches one off.
