Form D Accumulator
verified · first-partyactively maintained$0 during beta (was $79)
Count Form D rows without collapsing amendments and you inflate offering counts and double-count the money raised. EDGAR's test filings look identical to real ones.

Three rules, each of which exists because skipping it produces a dataset that is subtly wrong in a way a buyer discovers only after trusting it.
TEST filings never enter, because EDGAR accepts dry-run submissions that look identical to real ones. An amendment REPLACES its predecessor for the same offering rather than adding a new one, since counting rows without collapsing amendments inflates offering counts and double-counts raised amounts. And accumulation is append-only from the daily feed, so the history is real rather than a snapshot claiming to be one.
The backfill run: 22,227 filings, 20,405 offerings, zero failures.
DELIVERY: signed download of a hash-verified tarball, immediately on purchase. Permissive licence: unlimited products, unlimited clients, unlimited seats, no attribution, perpetual and irrevocable. One restriction, do not republish the source as source.
