Built on OSIRIS — say it plainly
This is a hard fork of OSIRIS by simplifaisoul (MIT, github.com/simplifaisoul/osiris; about 127k lines). Its MIT licence and notice ship verbatim in `LICENSE-OSIRIS.md` and `THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md`. What Code Recycle added (about 6k lines) is licensed under the Reserved terms below:
- 3D theater — Cesium globe with God's-Eye-View shaders (credited), keyless imagery by default, photoreal tiles with your own key
- Unified OSINT console over fifteen-plus lookup tools; cases, watches and scenes
- Scout — an optional AI assistant (chat and voice) against any OpenAI-compatible endpoint you provide
- A track recorder, follow-cam and HUD for the theater
Verified by the authors
875 tests pass, strict TypeScript, clean production build, and the app runs end-to-end with no keys at all. Optional keys unlock webcams, photoreal 3D tiles, the RECON port scanner (scan only what you own) and the assistant.
What's not included
The tracking-link module present in the authors' internal build is not part of this product. Submarine-cable data (CC BY-NC-SA) was removed and the layer degrades cleanly. Some client-camera credential storage is macOS Keychain only; see the README. Eight pre-existing dependency advisories are listed in the README rather than force-upgraded.
Delivery
Packed as source. Reserved licence for the additions: use and modify in one shipped product; no resale of the source. OSIRIS code remains MIT.

Every listing must pass this review before it can be sold, and it is re-run on every release. Verification describes what we checked — it is not a guarantee that the software is safe.
