Turns competitor page data into a structured content brief with measurable coverage gaps.

Turns competitor page data into a structured content brief with measurable coverage gaps.

THE SILENT FAILURE. Content briefs are usually assembled by eyeballing the top results, which produces a brief that MATCHES competitors rather than covering the topic — the writer hits every box and the page still says nothing the others do not. The measurable failure is coverage: entities and subtopics present across most competitors and absent from the brief, which nobody notices because the brief looks complete.

IT DOES NOT SCRAPE ANYTHING. Competitor data is supplied by the buyer from a source they are licensed to use. Scraping search results violates terms and cannot be shipped, and the README says so.

Word-count targets are reported as a distribution with its spread, not a single number — a bare average is the classic misleading statistic in this category. Every recommendation traces to the input that produced it; there is no opaque score.

WHAT IT CANNOT KNOW: search intent, ranking factors, or whether coverage causes ranking. Correlation with competitors is not a ranking model and this does not pretend to be one.

VERIFIED: 42 tests, 10 deliberate defects applied to the real source, 9 caught and 1 proved to change no observable behaviour (a per-page dedupe that re-deduplicates what a Set already does) — the proof ships in mutations.json. Every mutation was observed FAILING before the source was restored — a test never seen to fail is a decoration.

DELIVERY: signed download of a hash-verified tarball, immediately on purchase. Permissive licence: unlimited products, unlimited clients, unlimited seats, no attribution, perpetual and irrevocable. One restriction, do not republish the source as source.
