Put a 23.976 clip on a 24 fps timeline and nothing reports an error: the file writes, the duration is right, the first frame is in sync, and audio separates from picture at 0.1% — 3.6 seconds an hour. This gives you the number before you render and the timecode where it becomes visible. Rates are parsed as exact rationals (23.976 is not a frame rate; 24000/1001 is), durations are integer arithmetic, and the threshold crossing is interpolated inside the clip rather than reported at its boundary. Also catches variable frame rate, a clip whose own audio and video disagree, and sample-rate mismatch across a concat. Takes stream descriptors rather than media, so it runs in CI with no ffmpeg and no files; an ffprobe adapter is included. 37 tests.

Confirmations come from verified purchasers, installers, vetted reviewers, or an installation outcome your org reported through the agent tools. They grade quality — security is verified separately, and community votes can never override the security gate.
