Elena Cross — documentary host character pack

basic checks · first-partyactively maintained$0 during beta (was $149)

The expensive part of a character is not the final images. It is the dozens of failed generations before you find the recipe — and then she looks like a different person in shot four.

7 locked stills, 39 B-roll clips (6m34s), the identity-lock recipe (stills only), and a provenance sidecar for all 46 assets -- 4 with C2PA manifest bytes present and 42 with none, and ZERO cryptographically validated -- every sidecar says so itself. No copyright is claimed in the AI-generated portions; what is sold is the generation labour, the curation and the method.

A consistent, original character you can use immediately.

WHAT YOU GET. 7 locked reference stills (portrait, emotional close-up, canonical full body, street, wardrobe). 39 B-roll clips totalling 6 minutes 34 seconds — walk-and-talks, selfie and vlog framing, wides, establishing shots. Every prompt used for the stills, verbatim, with its input references — the recipe does not cover the 39 video clips; see PROVENANCE. The casting bible: signature, wardrobe, palette, physicality. And a provenance sidecar for all 46 assets: 4 have C2PA manifest bytes present, 42 have none, and none has been cryptographically validated.

Three modes of footage — editorial, cinematic, and selfie/vlog — so you can judge whether she works for YOUR format rather than the one she was made for.

WHAT IT SAVES. Video is the most expensive generation there is: creators report $35-200 a month on a single platform and $100-300+ across a production stack, with repeated attempts at short shots the largest single cost. Six and a half minutes of usable, already-iterated footage of one consistent character is not 39 generations avoided — it is every failed take behind them, plus the days of arriving at a method that holds identity across shots.

WHY SHE STAYS CONSISTENT. Four rules, documented in the pack. Anchor rather than re-describe: one generation becomes the identity lock and every later shot references it with an explicit instruction not to change her face, hair or identity. A signature element that never changes — here a small antique brass compass pendant and a worn leather crossbody bag, constant, unusual, easily rendered, recognisable in a thumbnail. Generate at the final aspect ratio, never crop a square down. And a prompt slot order, because models drop what sits at the end.

Plus the counter-intuitive one: to get realistic skin, DROP "ultra realistic" and "high gloss" — they push models toward plastic, beauty-filtered faces. Ask instead for visible skin pores, natural skin texture, subsurface scattering, stray hairs. Asking for realism by name produces the opposite of realism.

PROVENANCE. Every face is synthetic and no real person was ever an input. The originating generations record reference_image_count: 0, the standing prompt template carries an explicit no-real-person-likeness clause, and later shots reference only earlier assets from this same set. The chain terminates in text, not in any person. Four assets have C2PA manifest bytes present, embedded by Google C2PA Media Services, including what scans as a full certificate chain. The other 42 record the ABSENCE of a manifest. But NOTHING HERE HAS BEEN CRYPTOGRAPHICALLY VERIFIED, the four included: all 46 sidecars carry needsVerification: true and state that detection was a PNG chunk scan only, with no cryptographic validation, CBOR/COSE parsing or trust-list check performed. Four detected, 42 not detected, zero validated. Verifying them needs c2patool or equivalent, which this pack does not ship and has not run. The recipe covers the stills, not the video: it names none of the 39 clips, and two of its entries point at generation job IDs on a hosted service you cannot re-run — the identity-lock method transfers, but the video clips themselves are not reproducible from what ships here.

RIGHTS, STATED PLAINLY. NO COPYRIGHT IS CLAIMED OR CONVEYED IN THE AI-GENERATED PORTIONS OF THIS PACK. Under Thaler v. Perlmutter (cert. denied 2 March 2026) material generated without human authorship is not copyrightable in the United States. What is sold here is the generation labour, the curation, the packaging, and the human-authored method and prompts — not an exclusive right in the pixels, which nobody can grant. Use the assets however you like; nobody, including us, can stop anyone else using similar material, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Original character. No real-person likeness. Not derived from any existing fictional character. Do not strip the C2PA manifests or SynthID marks — they are an asset, and altering them is prohibited by the generating platform’s terms.

DELIVERY: a 487 MB signed download, issued immediately on purchase and served from object storage rather than streamed through the API. The sha256 is published so you can verify the bytes you received.
